I met Mr. Frank a year ago when my previous realtor really screwed us over (lost my mothers home thanks to him). Frank could have just walked away from helping us but he didn't. Frank did all that he could do to work with us and negotiate with the bank on our family's behalf but with all the time wasted with the other realtor our time just ran out.
