I met Mr. Frank a year ago when my previous realtor really screwed us over (lost my mothers home thanks to him). Frank could have just walked away from helping us but he didn't. Johnel is the best Realtor that my wife and I have ever dealt with. From the moment of first contact he was attentive and enthusiastic. He found us a property that was off market that he had seen a couple of months before. He did this by taking us out on countless showing and getting a real understanding of what we wanted. We really liked working with John. He is patient and a good listener, but is aggressive when he needs to be to get the deal done. We wanted an agent that would work with us as a partner when we were buying our condo; not as someone who was trying to "sell" us on something to get a quick transaction done. My house was on the market for over seven months with another real estate agent. It cost me A LOT of money to have my house sitting vacant for that long. After doing everything I could with my first agent, I finally had to cancel my contract with her.
